The Queen of the Coast
A gentle evening of rolling Southern California right handers at one of my favorite surf spots in the world, before the Aleutian Low wakes for the winter and this spot roars back to life. Thinking back on the times I've paddled out here, I never would've imagined that one day I'd be photographing it from the air. Taking photos from a small plane adds a whole new level of exciting challenges to the art of photography, and a refreshing perspective on familiar subject matter.
